Stunning Vintage Magazine Covers

What is it about nostalgia? Everything long-ago-and-far-far-away seems so much better. It’s the difference between walking through Paris, where every square inch of space is jam packed with overwhelming beauty, to the sterile environment of a young modern city. They just don’t make them like they used to. This holds as true for cities, as it does for fashion magazine covers. With Vogue’s recent foray into crazy-town with their latest Kimye cover, we’ve been dreaming about the down-right masterpieces features on the cover long long ago, you know, back when Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar were actually really cool, and featured real artists like Salvador Dali and Earnest Hemingway. Back then they actually managed to make your dreams a bit more colorful. The creative direction, the graphic design, the attention to detail! It was incredible! We’ve hand-picked some of our favorite vintage fashion magazine covers for you drool over. Enjoy!
